Shipping Policy

shop.chedzsnacks.com is operated by This Silly Girl's Kitchen in connection with Hall Brands LLC, the owner of the Chedz™ brand. Here is how shipping works for Chedz preorders and orders.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Preorder timing

Chedz is currently launching through a preorder model. When you place a preorder, your payment method is charged at the time of order. Your bag does not ship immediately — it ships after the production threshold is met and the batch is produced.

Production for each Chedz batch is triggered when we reach the production threshold for the batch. Once the threshold is hit, production typically takes approximately 6 weeks before product is ready to ship. From there, standard ground shipping adds approximately 3 to 7 business days for most US addresses.

Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 6 to 8 weeks once a batch is triggered. We will email you when production starts, when your order ships, and with tracking information.

These timeframes are best estimates. We will communicate honestly with you if anything changes.

Shipping costs

3-pack: Shipping calculated at checkout based on your address.
5-pack: Free shipping.
10-pack Founders Bundle: Free shipping.

Any order over $75 ships free within the United States.

Carriers and tracking

We ship via USPS or UPS Ground depending on destination and weight. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an address error before your order has entered production, email jason@thissillygirlskitchen.com with your order number and corrected address as soon as possible.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at jason@thissillygirlskitchen.com within 14 days of expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or process a replacement or refund per our Return and Refund Policy.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, email us and let us know where you are based. We are tracking interest for future expansion.
