When will my Founders Bundle ship?
Approximately six weeks after we hit the 150-order production threshold. You'll get an email when we hit the threshold, and tracking the day it ships from the kitchen.
What if we don't hit 150 orders?
If for any reason production doesn't move forward in 60 days, every preorder is refunded automatically in full. No questions.
Can I mix Wheat Mild and Gluten-Free Mild in one bundle?
Yes for the 5-pack and 10-pack. The 3-pack ships as a single flavor for production simplicity. Pick your mix at checkout.
Why silver pouches instead of branded packaging?
Retail packaging is still being finalized for production. We didn't want to delay the launch waiting for it. Founders get the first 1,600 bags in clean silver pouches — a one-time collector batch you'll never see again on retail shelves.
